knit piano scarf pattern
can someone tell me how?

To knit a bookmark with a piano key pattern? I found a lot of patterns for knitting piano key scarves, but I’m not sure how to “downsize” the patterns so I could make a book mark instead.

Did you ever consider cross stitching one?
It would be a harder fabric, very easy to make, and just 2 colors, so very cheap to make.
I think knitting would be too floppy for a bookmark.
But if you insist, go to your library, they often have knitting instructors, who can make up a pattern for you very simply.
But again, I am not sure that this would work on something as small as a book mark.
