Pelosi defines Irony?
Does Pelosi redefine the definition of irony when she wears a head scarf and such to show “respect” for a society that has no respect for the rights of women? Not much of a femenist today I guess,but all personal beliefs go out the window when they want to perform a political publicity stunt I guess.
The biggest irony is she lied to Syria about what Isreal has said for years on their conditions for peace talks and all the liberals find that to be acceptable but they spent millions convicting “Scooter Libby” for purjury in an investigation which uncoverred no laws to be broken.

I have a summer project to complete where I have to make a dialectical journal. Three of the entries must be an example of literary devices. I know what a metaphor is, and that it is a literary device I can use, but when I look at the definition, this sentence has nothing to do with comparison. I’m so confused, please help!

Yes, it does compare two things! Both the scarves and China’s national flag are red. Both the red scarves and red flag represent the blood of the revolutionary martyrs.
